Unified is an enterprise marketing technology company that delivers software and services to connect marketing data sets and optimize investments. Both internal and external clients leverage the Social Advertising Dashboard to create and manage their social campaigns. As the sole UX Designer of a 40+ technology team, I collaborated daily with other PMs, BAs, and Developers. My responsibilities vary from UX Research, UI / UX Design and overall UX strategy.
MTV produces a wide range of podcasts that we were tasked to integrate onto the site. Some of our top goals were to increase off-site subscriptions and on-site streams. From a UX persepctive I worked on the following; user storymapping and concept sketches, interactive prototypes, usability testing and concepting for A/B tests.

My challenge was to take four existing interfaces (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and an internal pacing report) and marry them into one interface without removing functionality. I was also challenged with introducing a new optimization tool into the UI.
Gathering requirements and feedback from the internal stakeholders was a big part of this project. It helped me prioritize the content and build the hierarchy. Once I had my content strategy in place, I was able to chip away at what was visible at the different breakpoints.
A responsive dashboard that at a glance, gives users the ability to see the overall health of a campaign, but also the flexibility to dive deeper into each line item and optimize as needed.
